Dedar has drawn up and applies the corporate Code of Ethics as being deeply convinced that there can be no sustainable growth and development in the long term without the integration of the ethical principles of honesty, reliability, respect, fairness and transparency within the business. The Code of Ethics translates these principles into rules of conduct to guide the actions of all those who daily contribute to achieving the corporate mission.
Dedar is committed to operating in an ethical and responsible manner and asks its people and business partners to act accordingly and in accordance with:
- • Code of Ethics and its founding values;
- • Laws and regulations;
- • Measures of the Authorities;
- • Model 231 and/or company procedures;
- • Human Rights.
Whistleblowing is a confidential report made by a person who, while carrying out his or her duties, becomes aware of an offence, a risk or a dangerous situation that may cause damage to the company/entity he or she works for, as well as to customers, colleagues, citizens, and any other category of subjects.
As a company that is sensitive to ethical issues and the proper conduct of its business, Dedar has adopted a Whistleblowing platform that allows reports to be made with a guarantee of absolute confidentiality.
